Brand: The Elixir Boutique The Challenge The Elixir Boutique is a Kuwait based skin-care brand that wanted to go beyond the realm of beauty and create a community for skincare lovers. The objective was to establish a fresh brand that stood out in the Kuwait market and generate a brand presence and eventually sales. The Solution To create a fresh brand presence we first had to learn what the brand stood for. After having extensive discussions and R&D with our client, we crafted a launch plan as well as engagement plans on social media. The idea was to start building a community of skincare lovers with relatable and engaging posts. The next step was to build a website that suited their positioning, theme and customer journey. We developed the content as well as high-quality graphics for an aesthetic galore, product photoshoots also added premium graphics into the mix. We implemented social media ads on Instagram and leveraged the curiosity factor to generate brand awareness. The Impact On an average, 35% of enquiries are being successfully converted into sales on monthly basis 20% monthly growth in follower base and engagement on the Instagram page
